002: pizza chips and soda pop

So these days I've been kept awake by my whirring fan (which I am convinced will fall apart and shred me into pieces someday) or my sore throat which I can't do anything about. Okay it's more of a sore nasal passageway (or w/e you call that part of the body, I am no longer a Biology student) lol but what can I do about it? Pour water into my nose to keep it hydrated? Drink boiling water so that the steam will travel upwards and keep the passageway hydrated? Hurhur I'm such a bimbo but seriously it's not fun having a sore throat.
